In community services month we want to take this opportunity to show you the new Bed Rails Risk Assessment forms and gather your views before finalising any changes.

Following the Patient Safety alert earlier this year, many of you told us that the Bed Rails Risk Assessment forms was not fit for purpose. As our staff are our experts, we have gathered all your feedback and made changes to our paperwork.  In community services month we want to take this opportunity to show you the new forms and gather your views before finalising any changes. If you prescribe equipment please come along to one of our open sessions every Wednesday in November to hear more and give us your opinion​.
