“I felt really low like it was never going to end, and started to think ‘so what’s the point’, but my friend persuaded me to talk to a teacher and they put me in touch with CAMHS, which helped. I still get down but now I have a plan of what do when I feel it happening, and I know it’s not going to last forever. It doesn’t rule my life anymore.”
