Brent, Ealing and Hillingdon School-based Immunisation Service

From 1 September 2024, CNWL will no longer provide the School Immunisation Service in these boroughs. This will be provided by Vaccination UK (https://www.schoolvaccination.uk/)

Vaccination UK will be in contact with schools to arrange future sessions, but they can be contacted using the details below.

CNWL will continue to provide anything needed until 31 August 2024; please contact us as usual until that date.

Our Child Immunisation Service in Brent, Ealing and Hillingdon are responsible for school-based immunisation programmes for all children living in these boroughs.

All children in education are automatically referred. Parents will receive a letter from their child’s school with a link to an online electronic consent form. If you are unable to access/use the electronic consent system you can collect a paper form from your child’s school.

Parents and professionals can self-refer children who missed their vaccinations in school by calling the immunisation service directly.

The service is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (closed on public holidays).
