To kick off the summer term at CNWL Arts in Health, they partnered again with the British Museum to host a personalised guided tour of their permanent collection.

The visit began reflecting on some of the wonderful objects housed at the British Museum through a welcoming workshop in their Clore Centre for Education. We were then guided through a tour around the theme of Objects & Hidden Histories; reflecting on the stories objects reveal and narratives that remain hidden.

Our session included a brief introduction, lively discussion, reflection around objects which we were lucky to handle as a group, and a highlights tour of the galleries. We explored beautifully crafted objects from around the world, highlighting examples of creativity, resistance, and resilience.
