Dr Tami Kramer appointed as Clinical Lead for Quality Improvement at CNWL

We're delighted to announce that Dr Tami Kramer has been appointed to the role of Clinical Lead for Quality Improvement at CNWL.

Tami is expected to join the Quality Improvement Team in February 2025.

Tami will play a key role in the delivery of the Trust’s Improvement Programme, providing expert clinical leadership and advice. ​

As the Trust’s Clinical Lead for Quality Improvement, Tami will be a source of expert clinical knowledge and experience in the field of continuous quality improvement and evidenced based improvement science.  ​

Tami will take up this position alongside her role as Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. 

Tami is an experienced and credible leader and coach in quality improvement.

She will play a crucial role in equipping our clinicians to have the leadership, capacity, skills and systems to implement a culture of evidenced based continuous quality improvement across our clinical services.
