CNWL’s Quality Improvement (QI) team, Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) and Q Community were delighted to be finalists at the HSJ Partnership Awards for their Quality Coach Development Programme. The awards took place on 23 March 2023 and the team were nominated in the category - Best Educational Programme for the NHS. Huge congratulations to everyone involved!
CNWL were one of the pilot sites of the education programme with our pilot delivered by Geetika Singh (Head of QI), Sid Beech (QI Training Lead – CLCH) and Bridget Browne (Improvement Advisor CNWL). Bridget, formed part of the core design and pilot faculty.
The programme has been designed to be free for all health and care providers to support building their improvement capability and has pooled the QI knowledge of more than 25 national experts.

The QI team are focused on supporting teams in improving patient care and staff experience, and this nomination has further boosted our drive and efforts to do the same"
