Community Living Well are providing the opportunity for adults, to gain work experience in an NHS Talking Therapies service and Clinical Health Psychology Service in Kensington and Chelsea.

You will work as part of our large welcoming team to learn more about the support that we offer, the different professionals working within our services and the free therapeutic support available to service users.

The work experience will take place one day per week over a total of four weeks, starting on Thursday 6 March 2025. The work experience will be based at our offices in St Charles Centre for Health and Wellbeing W10 6DZ, and Chelsea Mental Health Centre. 1 Nightingale Place, SW10 9NG. A willingness to travel around the borough of Kensington and Chelsea is needed.

We particularly welcome interest from people from Black, Asian, Arab, and Mixed backgrounds and from all male demographics.

You will need to be 25 years or over, interested in a career in an NHS Talking Therapies service (e.g. Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner or Assistant Psychologist), and live in Kensington and Chelsea, Queens Park or Paddington, although application outside of this area will be given consideration. Experience working in any health care setting is desirable, as is lived experience of supporting others with their mental wellbeing.
