    London Borough of Harrow held an event to support Special Educational and Disability (SEND) students with their transition into adulthood. Colleagues from our Children’s Physiotherapy and Speech and Language Therapy teams in Harrow attended, meeting with families and young people to discuss therapy provisions and strategies to support them in their new settings
