Over the summer we’ve been out and talking to residents to find out the one thing we can do to help people stay healthy and live longer.

Listening to what we’ve heard so far, we’ve developed a questionnaire to really help understand people’s views, opinions and experiences.

‘The Big Conversation’ survey looks in detail at communication, barriers to healthcare, how we can help people prevent poor health, experience of services and includes questions on what support people would like and how and where they would like to access it.

We’ll be sharing what we hear with NHS organisations, the councils and voluntary and community sector partners who are working with us to help us improve the services we offer in our communities.
