A number of staff at CNWL’s National Problem Gambling Clinic – Professor Henrietta Bowden Jones, Dr Venetia Leonidaki, Becky Harris and Dr Ryan Kemp (Director of Therapies) have contributed to Breaking Free: How to Stop Gambling.

It’s a self-help workbook developed by leading experts in the field, to help you assess the extent of your gambling problem, and develop strategies to combat it. The materials use a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach to guide you through practical steps and techniques that can help you take back control of your habit.

We’ll be launching the book at Trust Headquarters on Wednesday 20 July at 4pm. If you would like to attend, please register on Eventbrite.
