Calls to the Single Point of Access Service

Update at 11.30am on 17 February: Our phone lines are now all working again

Earlier today a number of phone lines were not working fully due to the weather overnight. This includes the Single Point of Access Service.

They are all working again now. If you ever cannot get through on the phone please email the service at cnw-tr.spa@nhs.net

Some other services were also impacted by damage to the lines including our Sexual Health and HIV service and Hillingdon Central Access Service.
