The CNWL Therapies Awards 2024 was a memorable event hosted by Nick Green, Chief People Officer, and Ryan Kemp, Director of Therapies. Over 70 staff members from various therapeutic backgrounds, including nutrition, psychology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and the lived experience workforce, gathered at Trust HQ to celebrate the exceptional work done throughout the year.

The awards ceremony highlighted the outstanding contributions of staff, recognising their dedication and hard work in providing excellent patient care. Among the many awards presented, the Green Action of the Year Award stood out, celebrating a project or initiative in a healthcare setting that has a sustainable environmental impact.

The biggest awards of the night were Team of the Year, which went to the Ealing Pulmonary Rehabilitation Team, and Therapist of the Year, awarded to Emmanouela Kladouchou. Emmanouela said, "I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve in a field that I am so passionate about and to be part of the CNWL Trust. This award is a testament to the incredible support and collaboration I have experienced with my team. Together, we have created a space where healing and growth can flourish. I am inspired by their dedication, creative skills, compassion, and resilience. This award is not just a personal achievement but a reflection of the collective efforts of everyone in our field. Together, we are making a difference in the lives of many, and I am excited about the future we can create together."
