From 1 April 2025, CNWL’s Staying Steady team will deliver the falls prevention service in Milton Keynes, previously provided in partnership with B-Well.

This service offers assessment, treatment, and advice for individuals at risk of falling or those who have already fallen.

Our team will contact patients to schedule future appointments. If you need any assistance or information, please contact us directly.

We will continue to work with social services, GPs, South Central Ambulance Service, Age UK Milton Keynes, and Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Referrals

Referrals are accepted from health and social care professionals, as well as self-referrals from individuals or their family members.
