The day kicked off with talks from Claudia de Campos, Service lead for Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon who explained how the services would help little ones. Followed by an interview style session with a former service user’s parent, she described how the services help her and her son. She said “I had a lot of empowerment as a mother”.

As an early intervention service, they seek to engage with complex family dynamics and systems at the earliest stage of the child presenting as stuck in their development. A quick response helps to engage and support the family to realign the child on a better health trajectory.
