On Wednesday 23 March, CNWL held an engagement session with its Senior Leaders to discuss the Draft Trust Strategy.
This update will take in further feedback from staff, patient groups and carers and will be presented to the May Board of Directors.
Ross Graves, Director of Partnerships, who is responsible for CNWL strategy, said, “The event was a really good session and staff were brim-full of ideas under each of the headings. There is more to come on this and the May Board will finalise what will be the CNWL approach to the coming years.”
