Update on CNWL BAME Chief Nurse Fellowship

I wanted to announce our next cohort of Chief Nurse Fellows; I’m so pleased to congratulate:

The Chief Nurse Fellowship is a CNWL professional development programme, for nurses from ethnic minorities, to support their development to more senior roles.
The programme was launched last year and the experience of the first three fellows is shown below.
The Fellowship Programme is a year-long unique experience for the individual nurse, and is tailored to their needs, with the aim of advancing nursing excellence and leadership.
Each Nurse Fellow will take-on an improvement project, and the Chief Nurse, the Directors of Nursing for each division, will support them, and facilitating developmental opportunities across the Trust.
These Fellows start in September 2022.
