CNWL’s Sexual Health Outreach Team recently took part in the Shout About Sex event in Surrey, a community initiative designed to empower individuals with learning disabilities and special educational needs (SEN) to discuss sex and relationships openly.

The event featured 12 stalls offering a variety of resources related to sex and relationships, including an accessible guide on consent and the law.

Organised in collaboration with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Surrey County Council, the Sunnybank Trust, Proactive Community, and the Oliver McGowan, the event was collective effort to promote inclusive sexual health education.
