We are dedicating the entire month of November to promoting our wonderful community services and all the fantastic work they do.
CNWL has such a breadth and broad range of services, and many people don't realise we care for people's physical health across every stage of life. That's why we are taking this opportunity to celebrate and empower our community physical health services.
We’ll be celebrating our integrated approach to care as our teams work seamlessly with acute, primary care, and local authorities to support residents.
Each week of November will have a theme, which will focus on one of the three key moments in a person's lifetime - starting well, living well and aging well, as well as unplanned care.

Dr Con Kelly, Chief Medical Director said, "The innovations our teams have made in recent years has extended our clinical expertise, now we can deliver closely-monitored healthcare, that was once only available in hospitals, now in people's homes. Healthcare in the community is seen by many as the future for our NHS and we can't wait for you to see a glimpse of that bright future ahead this November."
Throughout the month, we’ll be hosting a range of events designed to highlight our commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Each week's events will be connected to one of the four themes.
This first week, we're highlighting unplanned care. We will hear about teams reducing falls in care homes, how staff are supporting patients with delirium recovery at home and much more.
Later on this month, Hillingdon and Camden are planning to open their doors for anyone to pop in and learn about the services in their boroughs. There will be chances to network, give feedback and hear from stakeholders.

We've developed resources to help you mark Community Services Month, download the email signature and MS Teams background to show your support virtually. There are posters you can download to help get more people involved and help spread the word.
