There has been some discussion in the community about The Curve closure and the need for a community space longer term. This follows a consultation that was held last year about what to do with the remaining Curve budget once it closes. Residents opted to set up a Legacy Fund to fund services that would benefit the North Kensington community.

We are now holding a couple of meetings to discuss the co-design of a Curve Residents’ Steering Group which will ultimately appoint a Community Trust to oversee the remaining £1.3m Curve Legacy Fund. We are also holding a meeting on Monday 21 March to provide an update on The Curve as a bookable space and to explore the options for a community space longer term with the community.

The details are in the attached leaflet.

The Curve will cease to offer its current services from Thursday 31 March but will remain open until the end of June to allow residents to book the space to meet and socialise with friends and neighbours.

More information can be found on the Curve web page.
