Harrow Cove is an alternative, community-based crisis service for residents of Harrow aged 18+ who are struggling to cope with their mental health. The service is open 2-10pm, seven days a week, for people to self-refer.
Harrow Cove is based at the Carramea Centre on Northolt Road. No appointment is necessary; just turn up.
The Cove is also available in Brent, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster and Hillingdon. Find information on all our sites here.
