We are seeking your support in helping us develop and improve community mental health services in Hillingdon. In the NHS Long Term Plan (2019) there is an aim to deliver complete patient centred care across all the services provided by hospitals, community and GPs. The services will treat patients in a joined-up approach to provide better care and outcomes.

In Hillingdon we are committed to improve mental health services for patients to ensure consistent, seamless care across services. Our aim is to enable staff to deliver care as efficiently as possible. We will be aligning and integrating current services and as part of this will ask for funding for additional Mental Health Practitioners.

This project would like to have support in the planning of this from all the stakeholders which includes patients, carers, partner agencies and mental health healthcare staff.
