Our mental health community teams have moved to Mill House in Uxbridge. A formal opening will take place mid-April and we will let you know of the date. 

From today, Monday 15 March,  our community mental health teams’ new office base will be Mill House:

The following teams will be located at Mill House 

  • Community Mental Health Team – North
  • Community Mental Health Team East and West 
  • Early Intervention Service
  • Complex Emotional Needs Service
  • Rough Sleepers Service

The new location is a short (10-15 minute walk)  from Uxbridge tube (Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines) and bus station and is located at Riverside Way. 

From 15 March 2021 patient appointments that require attendance in person will take place at Mill House, however due to Covid-19 many of our clinics continue to run virtually.

Please note:

  • All telephone and email contact details remain the same
  • This move does not affect our Clozapine and Depot Clinic which has already moved to Uxbridge Health Centre and will continue to run clinics at these clinics at the UHC site in George Street.
