Are you a forward-thinking, caring individual with an interest in developing your skills in the field of rehabilitation and stroke?

This could be your chance to join our friendly Early Stroke Rehab Team (ESRT) as a Band 5 Registered Nurse.

Based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, the ESRT is a specialist multidisciplinary team, providing holistic, goal orientated rehabilitation for people who have recently had a stroke.

The role requires you to work both in the acute setting, providing in-reach to the stroke unit and the community in people’s homes.
