Living With Covid Recovery is a digital app supporting those experiencing Post-Covid Syndrome (also known as Long Covid).
The app supports patients to self-manage their Covid recovery whether they have been admitted into hospital or managed their acute Covid illness in the community. Within the app there is access to a library of information and specific ‘self-management’ programmes including the following symptoms: fatigue, breathlessness and anxiety and stress. Read more about the app here.
Clinical Leads Heidi Ridsdale and Rachel Okin, who work in CNWL’s Long Term Conditions (LTC) Team, worked with the app developer, patients and UCLPartners to develop the platform.
