The latest National Education and Training survey (NETS) has been published.
This is the only national survey open to all students and trainees undertaking a practice placement or training post in healthcare as part of their education and training programme.
The survey gathers opinions from students and trainees about their time working and training in practice placements and training posts, asking them to provide feedback on what worked well and what they think could be improved.
Jane Canavan RMN PhD, CNWL’s Assistant Director of Clinical Education said, “I’m pleased the students reported their experiences here so positively; above the national average for every nursing student category. We want training to be a good experience here and for CNWL to be a great place to train.”
