The North West London Community and Mental Health Collaborative Partners is a collabation between:

  • Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust 
  • Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust 
  • Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust 
  • West London NHS Trust 

Ross Graves, CNWL’s Director of Partnerships and Commercial Development, says, “This is an article from NHS Providers about the collaborative we – CNWL – are working in with CLCH, Hounslow and West London NHS Trust.
