We had an amazing time in our latest episode of One Community Radio.
We were joined by Ade Odunlade, our Managing Director for Jameson and Margaret Rioga Associate Professor who spoke about the launch of a new book: Living with Fear: Reflections on Covid-19.
Nick Rhodes updated us on 'Something Beautiful', which is the name of the mural to be designed at Shannon ward, St Charles Hospital. This mural was inspired by the Beautiful People project, which is part of the One Community Work.
The mural will be designed by artst Fin Dac, who recently visited patients and volunteers at St Charles Hospital, and its look and theme will be highly influenced by the work done at Beautiful People.
Fin Dac is a highly talented artist, below is a mural he worked on in Mexico.
We were also treated poem recitals from our regular guests, and an update ona new research project within One Community. Watch the entire episode online.
