CNWL's Black and Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) Staff Network is taking action by working with the Trust Leadership to start the "Show Racism the RED card" campaign and make sure we follow the Equality and Diversity Policy.
Additionally, we are taking steps to respond to any instances of racism by making sure that all Trust-wide anti-racist rules are followed and staff members are at ease reporting incidents.
Join the network as we work with the Trust Leadership to take action to ensure that RACISM has no place in our Trust.

On 21 October, many staff across CNWL showed their support for the campaign by wearing red.
