St Mary Abbots Rehabilitation & Training (SMART) London is excited to announce a bi-borough meeting for residents of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster on October 10, 2024, coinciding with World Mental Health Day.
For the past decade, these bi-borough meetings have fostered collaboration between service users and providers. They provide a platform for service users to ask questions, share concerns, and stay informed about changes in services. This unique form of co-production allows for meaningful interaction, enabling providers to receive valuable feedback and commissioners to understand user perspectives, shaping their approach to contract management and commissioning.
While this meeting was temporarily halted, SMART London is thrilled to revive the bi-borough meeting format. This time, the event will also engage working professionals in the mental health field alongside those with lived experience. Both Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster have undergone significant transformations in mental health services, making this gathering an essential opportunity for all stakeholders to connect and discuss the evolving landscape of mental health.
At the end of the meeting, a comprehensive map will be created to highlight existing services and identify gaps that need to be addressed.
Attendees can look forward to a variety of activities, including live music, relaxing massages, delicious food, Plus, you'll have a chance to win a £50 voucher!
Join us on 10 October from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM at St Mary Abbots Church, Kensington High Street, London, W8 8LA.
