“I know what it’s like, I’ve been there, I’ve done that. I’m still on my journey to recovery but I can give you some tips and advice along the way.”

At the Cove, many of the people you will meet have their own experience of recovery, and they can discuss what has worked for them to help inspire you.

In this video below, you’ll hear from our team at the Cove, who tell you more about their roles and how they can help you in your own recovery.

The first contact can be the hardest, but remember there’s no right or wrong thing to say when you first get in touch.

About The Coves

The Cove is a daily drop-in support service for people aged 16 and up who are experiencing mental distress.

They offer a friendly, safe and welcoming space to receive emotional support and discuss coping strategies to help young people in the future.

We have sites for residents of Hillingdon, Harrow, Brent, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.

It’s an open access service, so if you want to talk to them you can give them a call, text, email or just turn up. They’re open between 2pm and 10pm, every day of the year.

You might have a question they can ask for you right there and then, or they can have a longer chat and book you in for your first sessions. This can be in-person or over the phone.
