Caroline Morison is the new Managing Director of Hillingdon Health and Care Partners (HHCP).

Caroline joins from her current role as Managing Director of Hillingdon CCG where she has worked for the last four years. Before that she worked on integrated care across North West London as part of the Whole Systems Integrated Care programme.

Caroline said, “I am really excited to have this opportunity to work with the great teams in Hillingdon, building on all the good work that’s happened so far on joining up care and services around our residents.”

During her 16 years in the NHS she has worked on a range of transformation and commissioning programmes and is a qualified coach.

She enjoys, “travel (or used to), music, a good book and being outside - as long as it’s dry and sunny!”

Graeme Caul, Managing Director for all CNWL’s Hillingdon services, said, “I am so pleased that someone of Caroline’s calibre and experience has joined HHCP. All the partners feel she will add a great deal to our effective alliance,  now ready to move to a higher – and better – level.”

Hillingdon Health and Care Partners (HHCP) is a new way of working, with a joined-up approach to improving care for people in Hillingdon.

The HHCP brings together hospital services, GPs, community and voluntary services to provide more seamless care for older people in Hillingdon, with the aim of preventing hospital admissions. We look after older people in their own homes, through care connection teams.

We work to head off an admission to hospital, through the use of early intervention.

The HHCP is made up of Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL), H4All (a partnership of voluntary sector health care providers), and Hillingdon’s GP Federation, which brings together all of Hillingdon’s GPs.

CNWL provide the management of the HHCP on behalf of all partners.
