Range of opportunities
CNWL has grown and diversified in recent years and provides a wide range of health services covering physical and mental health. Services are mostly provided in the community – through clinics or in people’s homes – and we also have a number of specialist inpatient centres. Our services also span a wide geographical area and diverse population, covering a third of London, Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire and prison health services across the South East of England. Services are commissioned locally and nationally. The diversity of our health services means greater multi-specialty learning and sharing of good practice.
Developing workforce
CNWL is known for its commitment to developing staff and the investment in learning and nurturing skills. We want a workforce that is modern, highly skilled and very capable, that can continue to deliver high quality care across an integrated healthcare system.
Innovation
We want to train the healthcare leaders of the future and we promote innovation within our services. Our staff and medical trainees are encouraged to develop ideas that can improve services. Our Innovations Scheme provides funding to pilot new and exciting healthcare solutions.
