To celebrate the 75 years of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT), we held our first speech and language therapy (SLT) networking day, which was attended by almost 20 per cent of our entire SLT workforce on Thursday 30 January 2020.

At the end of June 2023, CNWL was accredited as a Living Wage Employer. Our Living Wage commitment will see everyone working at CNWL receive a minimum hourly wage of £11.95, significantly higher than the government minimum for over 23s, which currently stands at £10.42 per hour.

The CNWL NHS Foundation Trust Charitable Fund has received a further grant of £50,000 from NHS Charities Together, which will be used on two projects to support BAME Staff affected by Covid-19 across both CNWL NHS Foundation Trust, and C&I NHS Foundation Trust.
