Outpatient and inpatient assessment and psychological therapy service for patients with cancer and palliative conditions, and their carers. Home visits can be provided under certain circumstances.

You must be 18 years old or over and registered with a Hillingdon GP.
You must also be able to communicate (e.g. through speech, writing, drawing) and have a cancer-related or palliative-related condition as the dominant concern.
Referrals are usually from clinical nurse specialists, medical consultants, GPs and community nursing. Self referrals will also be considered.

The service is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (closed on public holidays)
If you need help in a crisis, please do the following:
- Contact the CNWL service looking after you during their office hours
- If the crisis is during when your service is closed, there are alternative options provided by the NHS found on this page.
- If you are not already being looked after by CNWL or elsewhere within the NHS, see your GP during normal working hours as they can then refer you to a local service.
