Milton Keynes Tissue Viability Service provides advice and support for health care professionals caring for patients with a complex tissue viability problem or a non-healing wound.

The service is offered to individuals who are aged 18 and over and are registered with a Milton Keynes GP and have problems with acute or chronic wounds.

The service accepts referrals from healthcare professionals only.

Referrals should be made through the Milton Keynes Adult Community Health Single Point of Access (SPA).

Weekends, 9.15am – 4.45pm

The service makes joint visits with healthcare professionals for patients in their own homes, at a residential or nursing home, in their GP surgery, community inpatient units.
