ADHD Webinars in Partnership with Autism Oxford

We are pleased to offer a series of four informative webinars to support individuals on their ADHD journey. These webinars were created in collaboration with Autism Oxford and cover a range of important topics related to ADHD and neurodivergence. Watch the videos below and explore the summaries of each session.

This webinar explores what it means to self-identify as someone with ADHD or another neurodivergent condition. It provides insights into understanding your neurodivergence and how to navigate the process of diagnosis and self-acceptance.

In this session, we introduce the concept of executive functioning, including its impact on day-to-day tasks, planning, and decision-making. Learn practical strategies for improving focus, memory, and organisation.

This webinar covers the concept of Spoon Theory, which is often used by people with chronic conditions to manage energy levels. We also discuss pacing and prioritisation techniques to help manage tasks without burnout.

Social relationships can be challenging for individuals with ADHD. This session explores strategies for managing peer relationships, including communication tips, setting boundaries, and dealing with social dynamics.

If you have any questions about the topics covered in any of the webinars, you are invited to book a place at one of the live online group Q&A sessions. These sessions are run by a Neurodevelopmental Clinician and a Peer Support Practitioner with lived experience.
