The Kingswood Centre

Our site at The Kingswood Centre in Brent is set in a therapeutic environment of green space with nature walks, a sensory garden and a fish pond. There are three inpatient units here:

• Carlton Ward (eight beds) – For adults with a learning disability and mental health difficulties who have more complex needs and require specialised care. 
• Crystal House (five beds) – An inpatient unit for young people (aged 13 to 18 years) with a learning disability and mental health need.

Our staff teams have many years' experience of working with people with learning disabilities and mental health issues. We have a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, trained support workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, an occupational therapist, physiotherapists, a physical exercise coach, a speech and language therapist, a music therapist, an independent advocate and a range of administrative staff.
