Working with us

Psychological therapists in Milton Keynes work with a wide range of models and approaches and the Chief Psychologist encourages creativity in finding ways to work with people with the most complex problems. As a community in Milton Keynes we come together quarterly for networking and CPD and have an annual conference day to share ideas and development.

What-we-offer-MK-gram-purple.PNGWe have close links with colleagues in our ICB – Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes – and to the local D Clin Psy course at Oxford. There are also a number of other trainee therapists on placement or working in recruit to train roles.

We are committed to delivering care in a trauma informed way in Milton Keynes and our largest community teams – CAMHS and the Mental Health Hub – are running training and case formulation sessions to embed this philosophy of care.

It is an exciting time to be in mental health services as the voice of the service user is being heard and included more in service design, holding us to account and ensuring patient care remains at the heart of what we do.

Here at CNWL we have strong psychological leadership in a number of key roles and many opportunities to grow and develop as your career progresses.
